Phase 1: Initiation
Initiation is the foundation of VOLT Alchemy Yoga Teacher Training. This first module is an invitation to go deeper than the body, to learn yoga as a living lineage, and to discover how breath, movement, and attention become a precise tool for transformation. You will explore the roots of yoga, its philosophy, its ethical framework, and how the practice cultivates a bridge between mind, body, and soul. Our work is practical and embodied. We meet you where you are, and we gently expand your capacity to hold presence, to lead from clarity, and to teach with integrity.
Across this training you will learn how to teach poses with safety and accessibility at the center. You will gain concrete skills in sequencing, alignment, hands on assists, and verbal cues that honor anatomy and nervous system regulation. You will build confidence in using your voice as a leader, learning how to hold space for groups and individuals, how to read the room, and how to offer choices that invite inclusion and empowerment. Teaching is a skill you practice, refine, and integrate. We give you the feedback loops, practice hours, and mentorship to grow into an effective, compassionate teacher.
Phase 1 also opens your understanding of the subtle body. We map the chakra system and the field beyond it, integrating anatomy with energy, breath practices, and meditations that tune you to the inner architecture of presence. You will learn pranayama, foundational meditation techniques, and tools for nervous system regulation, all paired with clear safety guidelines and adaptations. These practices are taught so you can apply them responsibly on and off the mat, supporting students through both movement and stillness.
This training is for those who are serious about upholding the truth and purpose of yoga. We hold space for deep study, personal transformation, and practical skill building. Our approach is grounded, inclusive, and trauma-aware. We emphasize ethical teaching, consent, and how to create accessible classes that honor different bodies and histories. You will leave Phase 1 with a strong syllabus of tools: clear class plans, accessible sequences, breath and meditation protocols, and a confident sense of how to lead with presence.
VOLT Alchemy is more than a certificate. It is a commitment to practice that feeds your soul rather than inflates your ego. If you are called to become a teacher who brings integrity, curiosity, and heart to the studio and beyond, Phase 1 will give you the foundation and the container to grow. Come prepared to study, to practice, and to be transformed. Join a small cohort, receive personalized mentorship, and begin the journey of teaching from an aligned, embodied place.
This program REQUIRES that you take at least 10 classes as well as shadow at least 2 classes. You are also required to teach 1 community class minimum and as many as you would like for your own growth and experience. During the course of the program trainees receive unlimited yoga included in the price of your tuition.
Phase 2: Illumination
For certified yoga teachers ready to expand their path
In this phase, you step beyond the mechanics of teaching and into the art of transmission. Building on the foundations of Phase 1, you’ll learn to weave the alchemical principles, VOLT methodology, and cosmic alignment into every class you create. This is where your teaching becomes more than instruction - it becomes a living, breathing current of transformation.
Phase 2 is where teaching becomes alchemy. This training is designed for yoga teachers who already hold a 200-hour certification and are ready to step into a deeper, more inspired way of teaching.
In this training, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of the zodiac - their energies, archetypes, key themes, and direct connection to the body. Together, we work with the Sun and Moon as our two primary luminaries:
The Sun as vitality, purpose, and outward expression (the masculine principle).
The Moon as intuition, rhythm, and the inner landscape (the feminine principle).
As the zodiac wheel turns, each sign reveals a new energy to embody and teach. Aligning your classes with these rhythms creates energetic coherence through cosmic alignment - transforming your teaching into a living reflection of the cycles above and within.
Rooted in Hermetic Principles
This training is built on the timeless wisdom of the Hermetic principles, which you’ll not only study but also embody in practice and teaching:
Mentalism — using the mind consciously to shape experience.
Correspondence — “As above, so below”: the cosmos reflected within.
Vibration — raising frequency through breath, movement, and intention.
Polarity — witnessing emotions and reactions during class, and balancing the negative with the positive.
Rhythm — honoring the natural cycles of the Sun, Moon, and zodiac
Cause & Effect — understanding how each choice creates a ripple in practice and life.
Gender — balancing the creative interplay of masculine and feminine energies within all of us.

The comprehensive manual makes sequencing and theming simple, yet flexible - bringing the joy, creativity, and passion back into your teaching.
The VOLT Methods
What makes this training unique is your initiation into the VOLT methods -teachings and transmissions not found anywhere else. VOLT carries multiple layers of meaning:
Vibrate Higher, Overcome Obstacles, Live Your Light, Thrive — the guiding principles of transformation.
Vessel (or Vehicle) of Light Transmission — activating the Merkaba and toroidal field so you teach from an expanded state of coherence.
Voltage — the life-force current that flows when we align with cosmic rhythm.
Phase 2: Illumination is more than advanced training. It is a path of expansion, where you step fully into your role as a guide -teaching with clarity, depth, and cosmic resonance, and offering your students classes that are not only inspiring, but truly transformative.

Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Jamie - the founder of VOLT Alchemy and Sacred Social House. My path began over twenty years ago with a deep curiosity about the unseen and a longing to understand the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. Along the way, I have immersed myself in ancient and modern healing modalities - Reiki, Shamanic practices, Kundalini and Vinyasa Yoga, subtle body work, astrology, holistic nutrition, and more.
I created VOLT Alchemy out of both lived experience and spiritual vision. Having navigated and healed through mental, physical, and spiritual challenges, I became living proof of what transformation looks like when we align with higher principles. As a single mother raising two children, I’ve learned to integrate these practices into the fabric of everyday life -making spirituality not just aspirational, but practical, embodied, and sustainable.
VOLT first emerged as an energy healing modality -a hands-on transmission of light and frequency that helped people shift blocks, raise their vibration, and reconnect with their true essence. Over time, I felt called to make this work more accessible, bringing it out of one-on-one sessions and into a group and somatic experience. By weaving VOLT into yoga, movement, and cosmic alignment practices, I created a way for more people to tap into this energy and embody it directly in their own practice.
Through VOLT Yoga Teacher Trainings, group programs, and 1:1 alchemy sessions, my mission is to make transformation accessible and embodied -giving teachers, seekers, and healers tools to reconnect with their authenticity, creativity, and purpose, while bringing more light into the collective.
